1. How do I pay?
You can make a payment online using Credi Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Venmo. You can also call our customer service at (805) 201-2560 to make a payment over the phone with Credit Card or Zelle. Please note that prepaid debit/gift cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc., cannot be used online. Please call us, and we'll be more than happy to process your payment.
2. Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Your privacy is a big deal to us, and to protect it, we use highest security measures to process all online payment transactions.
Online payments protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you pay Online, your financial information is not shared.
3. What if I don't want to pay online?

4. My payment failed but my credit card looks like it was charged. When will the money be refunded?
This money has not actually been taken from your credit card. Whenever you attempt to make a payment, your credit card company takes an authorization for the amount of the transaction. If the transaction can't be completed, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the credit card company to automatically remove the authorization. Please contact your credit card company if you have further questions.
5. What is the refund policy?
